A.Program: 2025 Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Study Program
1.Date: Three weeks, from January 28, 2025 (Tuesday) to February 17, 2025 (Monday)
2.Information: Classes will be conducted in Japanese, including Japanese language courses, Japanese culture outdoor education, and interactions with local students. For more details, please refer to the brochure: https://ciec.kwansei.ac.jp/upload/Intensive2025_web.pdf
3.Cost: 230,000 Japanese Yen(excluding airfare, transportation, living expenses, and travel insurance). Please refer to the official event website for details.
4.Eligibility: Tamkang University students, with a maximum of 3 participants. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, OICSA will arrange a committee review and recommendation.
B.Program: KGU Winter School 2025
1.Date: Three weeks, from January 28, 2025 (Tuesday) to February 17, 2025 (Monday)
2.Information: Classes will be conducted in English, exploring Japanese culture, and more. For more details, please refer to the brochure: https://ciec.kwansei.ac.jp/upload/winterschool2025_web.pdf
3.Cost: 300,000 Japanese Yen(excluding airfare, transportation, living expenses, and travel insurance). Please refer to the official event website for details.
4 Eligibility: Tamkang University students, with a maximum of 2 participants. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, OICSA will arrange a committee review and recommendation.
C.Application Method: First, fill out the online application form for internal activities: https://reurl.cc/QE4DR2, and provide:
(1) Original copies of academic transcripts in both Chinese and English
(2) Proof of language proficiency
(3) Guarantee letter, Please refer to the Attachment.
D.Deadline: Those who are interested in the programs should prepare the above materials and submit them to the International Office, T1006, by 17:00, September 27, 2024 (Friday).
E.This activity is considered a personal study program, and OICSA will not provide official leave certificates. Applicants need to handle their leave arrangements independently.
